We offer litigation support in lawsuits where cryptocurrency or cryptocurrency businesses are involved, and can serve as an expert witness should the need eventually arise.

It is common for attorneys and judges to not have a firm grasp or technical understanding of cryptocurrency and how it works. We can help to assess and explain pertinent technical evidence, and ultimately detail what should be requested further. Litigation support services include:

• Analyzing, assessing and explaining technical evidence involving cryptocurrency, cryptocurrency transactions, wallet history, account history, etc…
• Explaining technically relevant concepts, processes and ‘how it works’ e.g. the steps needed to send a transaction from a Coinbase account.
• Providing suggestions for requests for discovery
• Reviewing narratives in conjunction with available evidence and assessing for inconsistencies
• Advising and developing pertinent questions to ask as a part of interrogatories, during depositions, or testimony
